የኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ የተለያዩ ንብረቶችን ማለትም የተለያዩ ያገለገሉ ፈርኒቸሮች፣ የተለያዩ ያገለገሉ የተሸከርካሪ ጎማዎች፣ የቪ8 ተሸከርካሪ ዕቃ መጫኛና የአልሙኒየም ጀርካኖች፣ የተቃጠለ የሞተር ዘይት ከነበርሜሉ፣ ንቃይ ቴለር ካውንተሮች የእንጨት ፓሌቶች እና የተለያዩ ያገለገሉ የኤሌክትሮኒክስ እቃዎች ባሉበት ሁኔታ በጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል::

1. ስለ አሻሻጡ የተዘጋጀውን ዝርዝር ሁኔታ የያዘውን ሰነድ ቄራ ፊት ለፊት በሚገኘው የኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ ሕንፃ 2ኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 211 የማይመለስ ብር 300.00 (ሦስት መቶ ብር ብቻ) በመክፈል ከግንቦት 13 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም. ጀምሮ እስከ ግንቦት 26 ቀን 2018 ከጠዋቱ 2፡00 ሰዓት እስከ ቀኑ 10፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ ባሉት የስራ ቀናት መግዛት ይችላሉ::

2. ተጫራች ያገለገሉ ንብረቶችን ከግንቦት 13 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም. ጀምሮ እስከ ግንቦት 27 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ድረስ ያገለገሉ ንብረቶችን የኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ ቃሊቲ ቅርንጫፍ ትይዩ ባለው አስፓልት ወደ ውስጥ ገባ ብሎ በሚገኘው የቀድሞ ብራሌ ጥጥ መዳመጫ ግቢ ውስጥ እንዲሁም የተቃጠለ የሞተር ዘይት የሚገኝበት ቦታ ቃሊቲ ከመንገድ ትራንስፖርት የማሽከርከር ብቃት ማረጋገጫ እና ማሰልጠኛ ተቋም አጠገብ በሚገኘው የባንኩ ተሽከርካሪዎች ጥገና ጋራዥ /የቀድሞው አማልጋ ሜትድ/ ግቢ ውስጥ ከጠዋቱ ከ2፡00 ሰዓት እስከ ቀኑ 6፡00 ሰዓት ከሰዓት በኋላ ከቀኑ 7፡00 ሰዓት እስከ ቀኑ 10፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ ባሉት የስራ ቀናት በመገኘት ማየት ይችላል::

3. የተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሰነድ ማስገቢያ ሳጥን ግንቦት 28 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ከጠዋቱ 3:00 ሰዓት ላይ ታዛቢዎች በተገኙበት ይታሸጋል::

4. ተጫራች ለንብረቱ የሚሰጠውን ዋጋ ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ላይ ባለው ክፍት ቦታ በመሙላት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ እና ሌሎችም አስፈላጊ ሰነዶችን በፖስታ በማሸግ ቄራ ፊት ለፊት በሚገኘው የኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ ሕንፃ 2ኛ ፎቅ በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሰነድ ማስገቢያ ሳጥን ውስጥ ግንቦት 28 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ከጠዋቱ 3:00 ሰዓት እስከ 4፡00 ሰዓት ብቻ ያስገባል::

5. የተቃጠለ የሞተር ዘይትና ያገለገሉ የኤሌክትሮኒክስ ዕቃዎች የማስወገድ ወይም መልሶ ለመጠቀም ከኢፌድሪ የአካባቢ የአካባቢ ጥበቃ ባለስልጣን ፈቃድ ማቅረብ የሚችል መሆን አለበት::

6. ግንቦት 28 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ከጠዋቱ 4፡15 ሰዓት ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው እንዲሁም ታዛቢዎች በተገኙበት ቄራ ፊት ለፊት በሚገኘው የኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ 2ኛ ፎቅ በግልጽ ይከፈታል::

7. ተጫራች ለሚጫረትበት የንብረት ዓይነቶች የጨረታ የመነሻ ዋጋውን 25% (ሃያ አምስት በመቶ) የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ (Bid Bond) በባንክ ክፍያ ማዘዣ (CPO) ለኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ ለያገለገሉ ንብረቶች አስወጋጅ (Commercial Bank of Ethiopia Disposal) በሚል ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል::

8. ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የተያዘው ሲፒኦ አሸናፊ ለሚሆነው በሚገዛው ንብረት ክፍያ ላይ የሚታሰብ ሲሆን አሸናፊ ላልሆኑት ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ያስያዙት ሲፒኦ ተመላሽ ይደረግላቸዋል::

ባንኩ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሠረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው::

የሀራጅ ጨረታ ማስታወቂያ

ጸደይ ባንክ አ.ማ ለአቶ ሃብታሙ በላቸው ለሰጠው ብድር በዋስትና ያስያዘውን በአምበር ከተማ በካርታ ቁጥር 1122 የተመዘገበ በአዋሳኝ በምስራቅ አለማየሁ ዳምጤ ተስፋ፣ በምዕራብ ክፍት ቦታ፣ በሰሜን መንገድ፣ በደቡብ አማኑ ተመስጌን የሚያዋስነው ስፋቱ 306 ካ/ሜ የሆነ የመኖሪያ ቤትና ቦታ በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/90 እና በተሻሻለው አዋጅ ቁጥር 216/92 በተሰጠው ስልጣን መሰረት በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል:: በመሆኑም ተጫራቾች ለጨረታ ከመቅረባቸው በፊት የሚከተሉትን ደንቦች መገንዘብ ይኖርባቸዋል::

1. ተጫራቾች የቤቱን የጨረታ መነሻ ዋጋ 4ኛ በጥሬ ገንዘብ ወይም ሲፒኦ በጸደይ ባንክ ስም ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በማስያዝ በጨረታው መሳተፍ ይችላሉ::

2. የቤቱ ጨረታ መነሻ ዋጋው ብር 2,211,998.85 /ሁለት ሚሊየን ሁለት መቶ አስራ አንድ ሽ ዘጠኝ መቶ ዘጠና ስምንት ብር ከሰማንያ አምስት ሳንቲም/ ነው::

3. በጨረታ የሚሳተፈው በህግ ሰውነት ያገኘ ድርጅት ከሆነ የድርጅቱን የጸደቀ የመመስረቻ ጽሁፍ እና መተዳደሪያ ደንብ፣ ህጋዊ ሰውነት ያገኘበት የምዝገባ የምስክር ወረቀት እንዲሁም ህጋዊ ውክልና ማቅረብ አለበት::

4. የጨረታ አሸናፊው አሸናፊነቱ የሚረጋገጠው የጨረታው ውጤት በሚመለከተው አካል ጸድቆ በባንኩ ደብዳቤ ሲሰጠው ይሆናል::

5. የጨረታ አሸናፊው ያሸነፈበትን ቀሪውን ገንዘብ በ15 ቀን ውስጥ ለባንኩ በመክፈል ያሸነፈበትን ንብረት መረከብ ይኖርበታል:: በዚህ ቀን ውስጥ ካልከፈለ ግን ጨረታው ተሰርዞ ያስያዘው 1/4ኛ ገንዘብ ለባንኩ ገቢ ይሆናል ::

6. በጨረታው ለተሸነፉት ተጫራቾች ያስያዙት ሲ.ፒ.ኦ ይመለስላቸዋል::

7. የጨረታ አሸናፊው ከሚገዛው ንብረት ጋር የተያየዙ ማናቸውንም ለመንግስት የሚከፈሉ ክፍያዎች ፣ግብር፣ 15% ተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ፣እንዲሁም ከስም ዝውውር ጋር የሚገናኙ ማናቸውም ወጭዎችን ይከፍላሉ :: ውዝፍ የሊዝ ክፍያ ካለ ባንኩ የሚከፍል ሲሆን ለቀሪው የሊዝ ክፍያ ገዡ ከሚመለከተው የመንግስት አካል ጋር ይዋዋላል::

8. ተጫራቾች ቤቱን በባንኩ አማካኝነት መጎብኘት ወይም ማየት ይችላሉ::

9. ጨረታው የሚካሄደው አምበር ከተማ ቀበሌ 01 ለጨረታ በወጣው ንብረት ውስጥ ነው::

10. ጨረታው የሚካሄደው ሰኔ 16 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ከጠዋቱ 4:00 ሰዓት እስከ 6፡30 ሰዓት ይሆናል::

11. ባንኩ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው

1. Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, invites interested and qualified bidders/ suppliers for the purchase of the following goods/service;

5. Earnest money deposit (EMD) Bid bond shall be presented with the Bid documents in a separate envelope on or before June 1, 2026 at 10:00 A.M for Bid no. 144 /2025/26. in the above mentioned address.

EABSC intends to identify and pre-qualify reputed and interested companies operating in Ethiopia that fulfill the requirements for the provision of Security Service for its Addis Ababa and Sebata plants.

- ለመፅደቅ ሳይት፦ 1 ጥልቅ የውሃ ጉድጓድ (ከ160-180 ሜትር)።

- የቦራሌ፣ የጠንቆሌ እና የቱሉ አምባ መንደሮች፦ 3 ጥልቅ የውሃ ጉድጓዶች (ከ140-160 ሜትር)።

ተጫራቾች ሊያሟሏቸው የሚገቡ መስፈርቶች፦ ተጫራቾች በዘርፉ የተሰማሩና የሚከተሉትን ህጋዊ ማስረጃዎች ማቅረብ የሚችሉ መሆን አለባቸው፦

- የዘመኑ የታደሰ የንግድ ስራ ፍቃድ፣ የዘመኑ የግብር ክሊራንስ እና የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ (VAT) ምዝገባ ሰነድ፡

- ከውሃና ኢነርጂ ሚኒስቴር ወይም ከሚመለከተው አካል የተሰጠ የደረጃ 5 (WWC/WWD-5) እና ከዚያ በላይ የሆነ የብቃት ማረጋገጫ ምስክር ወረቀት።

- በመንግስት የጨረታ እገዳ (Debamment) ውስጥ ያልተካተቱ መሆኑን የሚያረጋግጥ ሰነድ።

- ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን አዲስ አበባ በሚገኘው የድርጅቱ ቢሮ ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከተለቀቀበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 11 ተከታታይ የስራ ቀናት (ቅዳሜን ጨምሮ ) ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት መተው የማይመለስ 500.00 (አምስት መቶ) የኢትዮጵያ ብር በመክፈል መውሰድ ይችላሉ።

- ተጫራቾች የቴክኒክ እና የፋይናንስ ሰነዶቻቸውን ለየብቻ በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ (አንድ ኦሪጅናል እና ሁለት ኮፒ) ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል

- ጨረታው በ11ኛው ቀን ከሰዓት በኋላ በ8:00 ሰዓት ታሽጎ፣ በዛው ቀን በ8:30 ሰዓት ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው ቢገኙም ባይገኙም በድርጅቱ የስብሰባ አዳራሽ ይከፈታል።

1. Nyala Insurance S.C invites eligible contractors who have Grade 1 license for water well drilling from the Ethiopian Construction Authority to submit their Proposal for 350m+20% water well drilling and water supply system to be installed at Nyala Insurance S.C future head quarter, located in Kirkos Sub-city, Bole Road (Africa Avenue), adjacent to Olympia roundabout, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia..

2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Open tendering procedures contained in the Directives of the Nyala Insurance S.C and other Relevant Laws of the country, and is open to all eligible bidders.

3. A complete set of bidding document in English to be collected by the bidders starting from May 18, 2026 upon payment of nonrefundable birr 500.00 at working hours from Nyala Insurance S.C. Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond amount of birr 500,000.00 (Five hundred thousand) or equivalent amount in an acceptable form expressed in a freely convertible currency, in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee in the form provided in the Bid Document payable to the Employer at the first demand without any contestation whatsoever, and must be submitted at the address of Nyala Insurance SC Business Support Service Office.

5. The Bid comprising of technical and financial document must be delivered in separate sealed envelopes as Original & Copy of the document to the address given below on or before June 09, 2026 at 10:00 All copies of the Bids shall be submitted in separate envelopes i.e., the (Technical Proposal, Financial Offer, and Bid Security) and one outer envelope, duly marking the inner envelopes as "ORIGINAL" and "COPIES" both for the "The Technical Proposal" and "Financial Offer". The bid security shall be part of the technical offer but in a separately sealed envelope.

6. Technical proposals bid opening shall be held on June 09, 2026 at 10:30 AM in the in the above mentioned address.

7. Bid Validity is 90 days starting from technical bid opening

8. Bid security shall be valid for 120 days starting from technical bid opening

9. Nyala Insurance S.C. reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to alter, amend or cancel this request if deemed to be of the interest, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all Bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders.
